New Year, New Upgrades
The 2021 Pilot joins the existing generation of this SUV and brings with it some newly available features and an upgrade to its powertrain. All trims now come standard with Honda Sensing® Driver-Assistive Technologies and enable Camden drivers to pair their smartphones seamlessly with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto. The engine now comes paired with only one transmission: a nine-speed automatic transmission with shift-by-wire (SBW) and steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
All trims now also feature dual-zone automatic climate control to allow you and your copilot to select your levels of comfort. This feature was previously available and is now standard on all trims, including the base Pilot LX.
Honda Pilot Special Edition Trim
As a bonus, this year, the Honda Pilot has a new trim level. The Pilot Special Edition offers a unique design and lots of premium features. This trim seats eight with leather-trimmed seating and heated front seats. The Special Edition also offers a hands-free tailgate for east loading before you head out of Waterville on a road trip. Other standard features include LED fog lights, a one-touch power moonroof, and integrated second-row sunshades.
