Todd began selling Honda's in 1991 for Bob Chambers on State St. in Augusta, and later on for Paul Blouin. 14 years later, when Charlie's purchased the Honda franchise, Todd stayed on to become the General Sales Manager. When not at work, Todd enjoys family time and watching his two boys compete in sporting events.

J.J. joined the Charlies team in 2006 after being in the Army for 10 years. J.J. served as a Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic. J.J.'s talents and hard work have served him well after working his way up as the Honda Shop Foreman and also a Master Technician. J.J. enjoys spending time with his beautiful family.

- 18 Years with the Charlie's Family!Rick began in the car business back in 1977 at Millers Garage Chrysler/Plymouth in Rockland, Maine. Rick developed a love for Chrysler products. In 1986, he interviewed for the parts manager position for what would soon be Charlie's Subaru. Rick left for a brief time to work at a local Chrysler Dodge dealership. It was in 2006 he came back to Charlie's to run the Honda parts department and has been there ever since. When not at work, you can find Rick on his motorcycle exploring the state.
